It begins with knowing that your brain-body  is designed to keep you safe and that your inner spirit is here to guide you through life's ups and downs. Through science-backed and personalised breathwork, and Integrated Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT), I help you to tap into the power of healing and the wisdom contained within you.  We'll work together to clear stubborn mental blockages and a body yearning for optimal breathing.  Recover from trauma and the painful suppression of thoughts and feelings.  If you're caught in a cycle of racing thoughts or sleepless nights, then give yourself the gift of time and contact me.
 
I support accomplished professionals and entrepreneurial females to discover a realigned course of action, enabling them to navigate change and not be burdened by it.  The clients I work with shift from self-doubt and worrying about the past-future to unshakeable confidence in making  important life choices. I draw on fourteen years of experience in self-mastery and navigating cross-cultural changes, enabling clients and community members embody what they value most.
